Traditional immigration law firms and administrative scriveners often charge between ¥100,000 and ¥300,000 for standard filings that individuals are legally entitled to prepare themselves. Meanwhile, foreign professionals and students are left navigating complex Japanese government spreadsheets with zero validation.

We built Torii to bridge that gap. We believe anyone should be able to prepare their own Japanese immigration paperwork with complete clarity, backed by direct statutory source citations, at a fraction of traditional costs.
